Comments
Between Colls Road, Dayton Grove and York Grove. This school consists of a three storey main block facing Colls Road, with a Schoolkeeper's House to Dayton Grove. The classroom façade to Colls Road is unusual, with wider than normal windows and a more Georgian air. The hall façade to the S is harder to access, but assumes a more irregular Queen Anne manner, especially to the E near York Grove. There are twin end gables and a fine SBL plaque with bas relief brick swags and drops. A wing was added, perhaps in the 1990s, when the building was converted to housing.
