In three sections. The building facing Peckham Road is a former Divisional Office of the SBL and is a solid example of Bailey's later buildings of this type. The school building facing Southhampton Way is a three storey example of late Bailey in good condition; neoclassical with brick rustication to ground floor, cream terracotta pedimented windows and quoins. The modern building on the corner of Southampton Way and Peckham Road was constructed in 2007 as part of Building Schools for the Future. It provides a link between the two blocks (both now part fo the school) with a good entrance and other facilities and is, in our opinion a good example of how the older buildings can be updated stylishly and without excessive damage or compromise.
