Between Friary Road, Fenham Road, Goldsmith Road and Marmont Road. This school consists of a three storey block to Friary Road, a substantial later single storey block to Marmont Road, with a Schoolkeeper's House and two smaller and less significant single storey blocks (probably for Manual Training and Housewifery or Cookery) also to Marmont Road. The main block presents an excellent Robson 1876 classroom façade to Friary Road, with an attractive run of gables and good use of two brick colours in bands with a central decoration of flower plaque with an urn. The gabled ends work well from both the N and particularly the S sides. The hall façade would appear to have been added to by Bailey at some point in a similar style, probably to provide halls end-on, and is consequently more irregular. The one storey block to Marmont Road is an unusual Bailey work from 1888 with an interesting plaque indicating that the school was mixed at this early date. This block has end bay windows to t
